Index exclude Regex ?

Hello, it little question about the setting file exclusion

the question is when i use syncthing for sync a photo folder, the software create .tmp and pigallery are soo fast it index the .tmp before the end of the upload soo

if i have *.tmp in exclude file, that can work ?
