How to have a response in the cart drawer and the main site based on inventory

Hello,

On my shopify site, if the inventory number 3 you can still add more items to the cart. In the cart drawer, you cannot add more than the inventory number, but I would like to add a response that there is no more inventory, but I am having no luck targeting it in the cart.
