Installation

  1. Download file and unzip;
  2. Open background.js file in Notepad and change with your API on line 28 (you need a HelpScout API);
  3. Open Extensions tab from Settings in Chrome browser;
  4. Check Developer mode, click on Load unpacked extension button and select extension folder;
  5. After enabling extension, allow using the microphone (don't forget to connect the microphone :) );
  6. That's it, go to HelpScout tickets and when you want to close a ticket, simply say "CLOSE TICKET" taaadaaam.
