Hi Brian,
Thank you very much for mirroring Mr Ellozy's website! I am not sure what's the best way to reach you, so I decided to try using issues:)

If you are still trying to reach Mr Ellozy about his website, you may be able to get hold of him at vftt.org. I came across this thread today: https://www.vftt.org/forums/showthread.php?60442-Successor-to-Mohammed-Ellozy-s-excellent-4K-footer-site. His posts are #8 and #9.
