Confluence - Enterprise wiki, etc.
Toggl - What are you working on?
Freemind - Mind mapping. Great for braindumping/organizing thoughts pre-writing.
~~Hackpad~~ Dropbox Paper - I admit, I haven't used this much at work yet, but it's pretty compelling. Hackpad on steroids, really.
