This PR is being prepared for production implementation.

  • added sops,
  • updated Dockerfile's,
  • added workflow, directories and .env's files for multideployment,
  • added instructions for implementing new production app,
  • added Sentry to .env.prod.

This should close #145

You need to adjust images retention policies in our Harbor instance to keep prod tags. Actually they are deleted weekly.
