The fast CS should provide the ability to turn ROI mode on/off, duplicating the functionality in https://github.com/DiamondLightSource/dodal/blob/46132f0e066debaf906c1a80dcefca175b3f5c01/src/dodal/devices/eiger.py#L156

Acceptance Criteria

  • The ROI mode can be changed on the fastCS eiger
  • This also changes the datashape, which is correctly propagated to odin
