bug: telemetry log frequency slider is not accessible

Bug description

The telemetry configuration page no longer displays a frequency adjustment slider:

Steps to reproduce

1. Go to the Settings / Telemetry
2. There's nowhere to change the subtitle frequency :-(

Primary pain point(s)

Users who would benefit from a different recording rate cannot use it at the moment.

Additional context

The functionality was added back in #746. It seems #946 moved it to a separate tab, but that tab seems to have disappeared in the latest version(s) 🤷

Just checked and the "logs" tab of this view was mistakenly removed on #1059. @ArturoManzoli could you take a look on how to add it back?
