Check the repository status to decide remove the deploy folder, 100% compatible with older shipit-deploy.
Add fetch -p in every time to make sure branchs info synchronization with remote.
Rmove -b flag in git checkout.
Add -d flag to git clean, help to remove folders.
Use git fetch at first time.
to fix some switch branch conflict issues.
