No hardware acceleration on Windows client

I have been told the client supports hardware acceleration.
Tested on a Vivotek IP8162 (same h.264 stream) in XProtect and Bluecherry, but Bluecherry did not use the GPU at all.

i5-6200U (Intel HD 520)
Windows 10 1809 LTSC
Bluecherry DVR Client 2.2.6
