That binary is provided by the package drkonqi, which is a dependency of plasma-workspace (dep: drkonqi (>= 5.27.5~) ), so it can't be removed.

I have hidden the launcher from the menu; however, it will appear in search results. In addition, I can delete the launcher from the root directory and pin the package so it doesn't get added again after an update. And as an overkill measure, I can also remove the executable bit from the binary drkonqi-coredump-gui.
