As a continuation of #1287 lets add the rest of API menu to the option.

  • If all items turned off - don't show API root menu item

it's already possible with the following config
NEXT_PUBLIC_NAVIGATION_HIDDEN_LINKS=['eth_rpc_api','rpc_api']
NEXT_PUBLIC_GRAPHIQL_TRANSACTION=none
NEXT_PUBLIC_API_SPEC_URL=none
