Feat: Allbridge Integration

A bridge integration is by far the most requested feature from everyone non-stellar native.

Integrating with All-bridge for USDC bridging would be smart. Tomer says that their model is really conservative and they'll switch to CCTP (whatever the native chainlink bridge is) once it's enabled on Stellar.

Just a utility that funds an account for someone, sets up a trustline, then takes a bit of their USDC as payment - doable with preauthorized transactions maybe?
