Describe what you are trying to accomplish and why in non technical terms
I would like to see MQTT messages have QoS values which can be adjusted. It would be nice to see QoS 2 in use to ensure messages are not missed by listeners.
Describe the solution you'd like
MQTT messages are compatible with QoS config settings, so that a user can specify in their frigate config:
mqtt:
qos: 2
I don't see the added overhead being a problem in most situations given the limited data being moved and typical local network or even local device only uses. Even so, as an option and not a default it shouldn't be a negative against anyone or any config.
