Is miningcore compatible with FPGA's? I have tried making a static port and the extraNonce1Size 2. buddies K10 connects.. and immediately disconnects.

Sadly i don't own FPGAs.
However, It's never a matter of being compatible with FPGA, ASIC, GPU or even CPU.
It's always a matter of being compatible with the mining software used by those mining hardware.

You also do realize you are running a pool, you can see everything which is sent to it. If you understand properly all the notions behind stratum RPC, you can easily assess what needs to be adjusted in order to improve support for any new hardware :)

Yeah, I don't own any FPGA's either. so that makes it kinda tough for me to implement any changes as well. Just thought I would check if anyone else had any input on the matter. Thanks!

If the ASICS use AsicBoost then the pool does not support it. I created a pull request to add asic support. You can clone my repo.

Let me know how it goes. I tested my pool using nicehash. You can set static diff using d=xxx as password
