firefox does not align correctly in the gantt

Not an icon related issue, issue also exists in latest and relates to an intermittent FF bug for css calc() properties causing it not to refresh the layout which is rectified on some later refresh. An FF specific change has been made to css in the scrolling project to not use calc() in this instance.
