Incorrect order with localized accent characters

Hi, I'm using this package without custom countries in onlyCountries, I need them all but when countries are localized in french, some countries take an accent on E character (for example United States -> États-Unis, Ethiopia -> Éthiopie) and those countries are showed at the bottom of the list, they shouldn't.

Is there any way to apply a custom filter instead of the default alphabetical order ? Or am I forced to list them all in the correct order and use preserveOrder on onlyCountries?
