Add presence card

Makey supports counting present members, so we should be able to receive a member count to display on one of the cards on the frontscreen. Card will likely just return the screen to the helloFrame that displays by default.

Thoughts, options, and opinions are open for discussion, as this does affect members who use the presence system.
