Chromium Embedded Framework should allow for adding html content selectively. Since Chromium can be set to use SDL, bliting onto a surface is not a processor intensive action, and touch can quickly be passed through for frames.
Might be useful for Octoprint, calendars, or other web-ready things.
Also useful as functional placeholders when working on new cards.

Basic render support is added. Need to work on #4 before touch support can be cleanly added.

branch cefFrame adds support, but is waiting on ARM support to be finished in cefpython. So this is currently blocked till that is finished.
