[Proposal] Remove Action Bar from Mail list

Describe the solution you'd like
Action bar in a mail list almost doesn't have useful actions, but takes some space that can be used to display more emails.
Only useful action is to trigger sync manually and to enable selection mode.
Sync button can be moved to the top left corner with name of current opened folder.
Selection mode button can be moved to the same level as filters/pivot.

Implemented in latest beta versions. Should be in stable release with version 1.9.X. Action bar can be enabled back from Settings -> Mail Messages -> Mail List action bar
