Shared Accounts Ask for Premium When Already Subscribed

Steps To Reproduce

1. Be a Premium subscriber (requires two premium accounts)
2. Create a shared collection
3. Put a login in that collection with a 2FA seed

Expected Result

Be able to see and share 2FA seeds

Actual Result

See message in the TOTP field that says "Premium Subscription Required"
