I had to upgrade my Vaultwarden server (now Version 2024.6.2), and now it is all working ok.
I had the same issue, able to log in but no passwords show, only We were unable to process your request. Please try again or contact us. Web app and chrome extension worked ok. I have another account that is hosted at bitwarden.com and that also worked fine in the app.
