Add word cloud or similar for badges on Bitraf front page

We want the front page to have more utility and engage more users.
One way to do this is to add a word cloud or similiar, for badges on p2k16. This way, the front page can:
1: Give new visitors more details on what Bitraf is.
2: Act as a function to find mentors for needed skills or people for needed services.
3: Improve social network, by letting everyone know if others have the same interests.
4: Give the board more clues to members interests, when considering new projects\tools.

Before this we should have implemented a list of users with each badge - Issue #16
