Hmm, we are running MW version 1.32, this requires a separate install of Parsoid, to get a working VisualEditor. I wonder how hard it is to just upgrade MW to 1.35 (LTS) or 1.38.

and the container runs Debian 9.13 (stretch), if we want to upgrade to a newer MW (1.35 or 1.38) we need newer php than 7.0.
