Preset for Hyperdeck disappeared

I connected an ATEM Hyperdeck and it came with a preset button. But the same day I added it, I noticed the preset for the Hyperdeck was no longer visible. I have not added any buttons yet, I simply added the Hyperdeck. The firmware for both Streamdeck and Companion are up to date. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling both Streamdeck and Companion but all of my other connected devices and their presets are still there. Just the hyperdeck preset is still missing. Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot or get it back ?
