Update Page: Getting Started - required reading

There has been significant discussion of "bridging the gap between mastering bitcoin and bdk". Part of that is to explicitly say that mastering bitcoin is essentially required reading for use of bdk. I think this should be said probably on the first page of the book. It would probably be worth throwing in a link to programming bitcoin aswell.
