We need a page that addresses the question: What happens if I loose my persistence?

I think this is not well understood and is important for building a good mental model of BDK. For example, I'm looking to address the following:

If I loose my db, can I just create a new wallet with my descriptors and perform a full scan? Is there anything really that gets persisted? Note that the answer to this might differ depending on whether you were previously using the wallet in a "simple/standard" way, i.e. just performing full scan + syncs or whether you were tracking all sorts of extra stuff (custom txs you've added to your TxGraph).
