CI never completes

I'm not sure why, but it looks like it has something to do with Netlify? A look at any of the PRs of the past few months shows that the CI is waiting for some response.

To me this looks like a (mmaybe even temporary) issue with GitHub. If you take a look at the Actions they complete — it's the indiator on the pull request page that reports it is waiting for a status update, but no hint at which status or build action/step that might be.

I also looked at the build file, to me it looks pretty standard and it matches what I use in other projects, where we don't see that missing status update.

Does the problem persist?
