During the event, the schedule page should always open to the current time #29

For example, if it's Sunday 4:23 PM, clicking the schedule will navigate you to the "Sunday" tab and scroll down to the events at 4:30 PM.

More precisely, it will scroll to the nearest time BEFORE the current time.
