[ENHANCEMENT] Add a footer

I wanted to add an apt footer which would match the website theme. This is advantageous as things like social media handles, more links (documentation, sponsor etc.) could be added without cluttering the Nav bar.

Please do assign me this issue as I would like to work on it under gssoc'24
