Reproducible and reusable test data for bioinformatics projects.
Listed in the catalog below are the folders and a short description of the test data they contain. More information on how the data is generated will be described in each folder's README. Each folder will also contain the scripts necessary to reproducibly create the data.
- human_male_female: Contains a small human sample for both genders. genomes contain X and Y chromosomes and bed-files for the non-PAR regions are present.
