CADD has new version now, v1.6, at https://cadd.gs.washington.edu/download.

Thanks for this great tool. On the same topic, would it be possible to make available CADD for both hg19 and hg38?

Hi @puva, thanks for reaching out! Yes, it has been quite a while since our last CADD update. The latest v1.6 release of CADD has both hg19 and hg38 data, and we will incorporate both.
