Ongoing Pathfinder improvements

This issue is for tracking ongoing targets for improving Pathfinder.

To start, we have a Pathfinder query from a SME that goes Gene -> Cell, which is outside our LUT coverage at the moment -- we'll want to expand the tables to include coverage for this.
