Add retired taxid from merged.dmp file #12

In the merged.dmp file:

old_tax_id                              -- id of nodes which has been merged
new_tax_id                              -- id of nodes which is result of merging

We can create a new field called retired to include a list of retired taxids (from old_tax_id column).
