github pages

I've pushed some content to the gh-pages branch (dd21d9a). Hence the emails about failing builds there...

I don't know if there is other content being served from http://www.biospectrabysequencing.org/, but utilising github pages may be a way to go. The help docs guide through the DNS changes required.

Tiki wiki is installed and major bits configured. I've been trying out a few of the skins to get a reasonable one for further customization. Githubpages will be good for some of the technical things we are doing with BBS and I'll link to them. The main audience for the BBS site is for scientists / technicians. The first bits of the best practices guide will be up just after the new year.
