When a simulation is running on run.biosimulations.org, the web site claims constant failures #697

While a simulation is running (see https://run.biosimulations.org/runs/66f1aa621f1841b171a08d2d below), we get constant windows popping up every five seconds that say "Something went wrong! We're sorry! Please try again later. If this error persists, please submit an issue or contact us at [email protected]."

This happens regardless of whether something went wrong or not.

(Something did indeed go wrong with that particular run; it seems to be stuck at the 'Created' phase. But that just makes it a nice URL to use as an example; running anything will show the problem.)

Update: that particular URL finally got un-stuck from the 'created' phase! Here's a different URL to use for a newly-stuck run:

This is still true: there's no redirect yet in place for urls on run.biosimulations.org to biosimulations.org
