I am interested in design primers for some serovars of Salmonella enterica with your pipeline. Is possible to use it in this case?

Hi,

Unfortunately not, the supported taxonomic levels are species/subspecies.

I had tried to implement a pathovar keyword in v2.2-beta.4 and could probably add a serovar (sv.) keyword, however as you can see in the pathovar level, issue 5 primer design will still not be straight forward.
