Since Orange now has tests for DE genes maybe the Gene Set enrichment calculation could be adjusted for extra information (fold change, p value) as described in https://academic.oup.com/bioinformatics/article/33/3/414/2875813 (the paper also describes different algorithms). Currently this is performed solely on presence/absence of gene (Hypergeometric test), if I am not mistaken.
