Currently Gene Sets widgets allow you to view gene sets with gene counts. However, it is harder to check for a few genes of interest to which gene sets they belong. For this one must either pre-select each gene individually before in-putting it in Gene Sets or select individual gene sets and view them in Data Table to find which genes were involved in the gene 'count' column of the gene set. - E.g. within Gene Sets widget there seems to be no information about which genes are actually involved.
Maybe there could be added an option to show gene symbols (not ids as these are less informative) on hovering over the 'count' (as is done for some other columns).
Additionally, a new widget could be developed to show annotations of each genes. For example, genes could be put in rows with columns being ontologies and each cell containing all the associated gene sets for relevant gene and ontology. (Although better implementation could probably be found).
