Confirm the databases of interest: VDJDB and IEDB
Document for each database:
- Input formats (e.g., CSV, JSON, API).
- Metadata availability (e.g., CDR3 sequences, epitopes, clonotypes).
- Any preprocessing required to standardize these data sources.

Databases sound fine. They are already represented in the prototype pipeline (with McPAS). No need to develop new solution for those.
