I think there should be a different leaderboard for those who used cheatcodes in their playthrough.

Hey,

As soon as you cheat in CGS your score ain't uploaded to any leaderboard, because I don't see the point.
You can get an infinite amount of fans, moneys, set the score of your games, meaning you are basically cheating so your score ain't valid... Everybody will have the same score at some point.
