Suggestion: Make the contracts screen stick around after a contract is taken out.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When you take a contract the screen closes. This isn't optimal if I've got more than one studio I want to put on a contract.

The contract screen to stay open after a contract is accepted.

Describe alternatives you've considered
This is actually only a value-add if you have unassigned studios left. This could also be an option button/check box/some kind of toggle.
