Describe the solution you'd like
A Hardware Department to be able to create your own CPU and GPU for custom platforms.
This is for late game, so you can do cheap powerful CPUs and GPUs for your consoles.
But it is not so easy, because you will have to research technologies in the Hardware Department.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Hardware Department to be able to research technologies to be able to lower your custom platforms cost by X% and/or boost custom platforms CPU/GPU power in the late game with software technologies (Because it is Software maybe there could be a Reseach Department but we're talking about the Hardware Department now)

Additional context
You can create a Hardware Department after creating two Consoles (Handheld or normal).
You have to hire specialized men (men in the meaning of people) to start doing Researches.
You then start to develop a CPU or a GPU.
After you finish, you can use that CPU or GPU in your next consoles.
CPUs and GPUs that you create are cheaper than other CPUs and GPUs available in the market, and also you can make them better in performance.
