Hint that number of max pinned projects is reached

I thought the pin project button is gone, but turns out the button is hidden if you have reached the max amount of pinned projects (at least I guess that is what happened). I guess deactivating the pin button and changing the text or tooltip to "Maximum number of pinned projects exceeded" or something similar would be nice.
