limit not working on Safari?

Hey guys,

I have a preview of this new site layout I'm working on:

As you can see, the BG-advertisement is working perfectly on Chrome but on Safari the limit parameter is being ignored and the image is going over the footer.

Any way to fix this?

Nevermind, it indeed wasn't (and isn't) working on my local environment but it's working on this live version I've linked above. Weird!
