I'm having trouble using with the bootstrap #231

Scrollfixed works for me. But when using with the bootstrap, it disappears in the final markup of the footer. Is anyone using the bootstrap or can you tell me where to fix the problem? Follow the link for evaluation and I'm grateful if you pass any tips - https://goo.gl/OV8fOK

Also having trouble getting it to work with Bootstrap. Tried with 3.3.7, Alpha 6 and 4.0.0. with the same results of it jumping to the final markup.
