Hi everyone,

the Metaproteomics Initiative has started working on extending SDRF-Proteomics for metaproteomics, based on (and in collaboration with) the Genomics Standards Consortium (GSC; https://genomicsstandardsconsortium.github.io/mixs/), who has existing metadata standards for metagenomics.
