Add pufferpanel to bigbearumbrel

I’ve been using umbrel a lot lately, but I want to use pufferpanel in umbrel. I know that it can be done through portainer, but I want to use it from umbrel itself without using portainer. Let’s see if you can add it to the repository. I would do it if I knew how, but I don’t know how to use github.
