Present: Yibei Chen, Arnaud Delorme, Dung Truong, Yahya Shirazi, Chris Markiewicz

Arnaud summarized the meeting in Copenhagen. He also mentioned a lack of involvement in the MEEG community (@robertoostenveld seems like he has done what he could do). The consensus was that:

  • It seems difficult to specify parameters for functions. Chris clarified how to create a dictionary of parameter
  • Users are required to save files for intermediate steps. Could there be a mechanism where the intermediary files are not saved (Chris said that some files might not HAVE to be present -- this will be defined when the validator is created).

Yibei

  • Showed Pydra script that could be converted to jsonld if needed

@arnodelorme - Thanks for sharing the discussions! I concur with what Chris was saying: there is no requirement to store intermediary files. If you have specific suggestions on how to improve the model let us know.

Re lack of involvement of MEEG community: happy to continue the work we had started together last year. Let me introduce @bclenet who has just started working on BIDS-Prov and will be able to contribute more in the coming weeks.
