Color picker does not move 'sp-dragger' to reflect the color choice from the palette when a color is selected

In configuration with a 'Default Color Palette' and a Color picker, when the user selects a color from the palette the color picker does NOT update the location of the 'sp-dragger' , however it does reflect the change on the 'sp-slider'. If the color picker color is chosen first then everything updates as intended regardless of how a user selects a color.
